How far in advance do I need to book my cake?

Accepted Answer

It's a wonderful idea to go ahead and book your cake as soon as you've locked in the event date. We're delighted to share that some of our lovely clients actually reserve their cakes weeks ahead of time. Since we have a limited cake-making capacity each day, we kindly ask that you consider placing your orders at least a few days in advance. But hey, we're always here to help and will do our best to accommodate even those last-minute and same-day orders that come our way.

And guess what? We also have a variety of ready-to-go cakes available for pickup, no need to worry about pre-booking. Feel free to swing by whenever you can during our business hours and treat yourself to a freshly baked delight!

Do you require payment prior to booking cakes?

Accepted Answer

We need full payment in advance to book a cake order. Your order can't be confirmed without full payment. Please note that we accept cash, debit and credit cards. Currently, we don't except cheques.

Question 3

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No Cancellation Policy: Every cake order you place with us in a custom order and it's not possible to sell your cake to someone else. So, we are unable to cancel any cake orders.

Do you allow walk-ins, or must I make an appointment?

We accept walk-in order. You can also book an appointment.
